Dream on 12/29/2009

I had a dream that I was at a skateboard shop trying to buy some nice black wheels by Zero for a short-board that I was putting together. The wheels where nice and squishy, but the clerk kept on trying to sell me some hard white ones. People were not being very helpful. After that, I ended up outside with David Glaize. He was shirtless, wearing black shorts, and had a helmet on. He had long hair too, like in a picture of him I saw in the EHS magazine. We were just sort of walking. He had his board, and I had Nico's with the red wheels. He was skating just fine, but as I attempted to skate across the street to an unknown woman in a white suit, I just sort of threw my board down and it shot forward, so I just ended up chasing it instead of riding it. I tried again and got one foot on, but only for a few seconds. The board just rocketed forwards again and I flailed past a group of schoolgirls in grey uniforms and matching hats. They looked very English. I felt very discouraged in my skating attempts, so I stopped.
